      <title>Jeff, What profession other than yours would you like to try?</title>

      <description>If I were not a supervisor I would like to be a high school teacher and  coach. I would like to teach History and coach the soccer team. I have always liked histoty and I coached my kids althought their youth years of soccer and enjoyed it greatly.</description>

      <title>Jeff, Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?</title>

      <description>I worked for Whitlpool Corp in the late 80's and there was a supervisor there that could do any job on the assembly line and keep up with the people around him. I have molded my management style around that I will not ask a operator to do a job unless I can do it to.</description>
