My boss at my first job in HR. In a short period of time, he taught me everything I know about HR. The best quality he had was that he allowed me to roll with ideas. I learned more in 2 years than I could have in any class.

An environment that allows creativity, the ability to express ideas and roll with them--all in a stable, established, amazing company that considers its employees as its strongest asset.

Honestly, the major challenge I had was privacy--I did not have my own office.

It was a great position to enhance my skills, express ideas based on my expertise and experiences, make a difference to the employees.

Definitely chemistry and a fit to the environment
