Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My boss at my first job in HR. In a short period of time, he taught me everything I know about HR. The best quality he had was that he allowed me to roll with ideas. I learned more in 2 years than I could have in any class.

What was your most memorable summer job?

Working at a pool company--I surprised myself by enjoying learning about how to care for pools, the different parts, etc.
