What's your ideal work environment?

A great work environment should be very competitive, so everyone want to get ahead, we make each other to be a better person. There are intensive tensions, because of different ideas. What kind of job are you looking for?

I am not looking for a job, but a career. It is not be something big, but something can let me understand the industry as much as I can. When I contributing to my company, I will learn a lot from it. I expect there are opportunity inside the firm.
