I have two ideal roles within an organization and that would be either Manager or Install Engineer.

What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment would be very relaxed. For example, when I worked at UUNET there was absolutely no dress code. This type of relaxed work environment made for much happier employees and much more work was completed and the customers were happier with their results and with the employees who worked with them to install their networks.... read more

What kind of job are you looking for?

I am looking for a job that I might either be able to Manage another Operations Center, or be able to work remotely from home testing, installing, and troubleshooting customer networks.

How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

Work at home with my newborn Daughter.

My daughter is my whole world and my dream job would be to have the opportunity to stay home with her while I work. I can perform multiple functions from home to include troubleshooting Cisco routers, Wide area networks, installing new customers routers

What's the secret to getting hired at Sprint?

Right now I would say the secret to getting hired at Sprint would be patience and a willingness to educate yourself on Designing, testing, and troubleshooting Local and Wide area networks, as well as voicemail systems.
