I don't think there is a secret, but showing you are capable, knowledgeable, and honest about your intentions adds to the credit of your character.

The biggest challenge is receiving info and updates for ads due within hours of being sent to print. Having to complete those ads with approval from the client and maintain a professional attitude definitely pushes your limits, but strengthens your character.
