What was your most bizarre interview experience like?
The wrong hiring manager pulled me into a room and started interviewing me for a much more experienced role than I had applied for. I answered her questions as best I could, and after 15 minutes of confusion, the hiring manager I should have been interviewing with came in to get me. I was so thrown off that the "real" interview was less than stellar!...

What path did you take to your current career?
I was recruited to work for the summer as a door-to-door book salesman my freshman year of college (across the country). That was an intensive introduction to sales I'll never forget. Not long after, I got into film promotion and PR, where I worked for a few years. That was fun, but not quite as fulfilling as the sales world. So here I am....

What was your first job?
Babysitting, and lots of it. My first real job, however, was a Courtesy Clerk at Safeway during high school (later Helper Clerk and Checker). My friends and I liked to call it "Slaveway" at the time, but overall working there for two years was a great experience.
