I have always wanted to be a cook, I have never had the time to go to school but it has always been a passion. And I find the food network hard to pass up.

The most influential mentor in my life would have to be Mother. Even if it might seems cliche, she has taught me more than I know or have realized in my life so far. She has taught me the vaule of education, and that no matter what you are doing you can always keep on learning. Through what she does for a job, I have seen what hard work and dedacation can do. I have also seen the effect she has on the people she has taught. I hope one day to be the role model that she has become....
