Built entire high-availability cluster for web servers and development environment. Built version control system and package deployment from scratch. Built entire E-Commerce system from the ground-up with several 3rd party APIs for use in clustered environment. Built componentized flash interface for use with E-Commerce back end via remoting. 400 inches of snow per year on average with 3000ft vertical on-piste terrain.
Work in the main lodge offering the best psychological work compensation possible.
The most amazing backcountry/frontcountry access right out your backdoor.

1) The absolute best people to work with - amazing talent in the print/web world - best designers I've seen or ever worked with
2) Amazing business locations - NYC, SanFran, Paris, Barcelona, Mexico City, London
3) Unadulterated creativity - passion for simple and powerful grid-like design -
inventors of monochromatic web design - best fontographer on the planet in-house

Also - martini-friday was the absolute best.
