What are you most passionate about?

Technology;
Computers;
how anything best (it can be softwares, companies, mega structures, fighter planes, space stations...anything) in this world works;
in knowing how the world's biggest companies like Wal-Mart, GMC, Ford, GE, IBM etc work so effectively and efficiently that there is no one
can even think of beating them, for years and years they are the master blasters in their field;
and finally hi-tech cars like Merc, BMW, Aston Martin etc

What path did you take to your current career?

I did B.Tech in Information Technology and then did specialization course in programming from Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Pune, India.

My first job was with Zensar Tech. Ltd., a CMMI Level 5 company. I was into designing, development, documentation, testing and support of projects in Embedded Sys and System Programming

Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My most influential mentor were these two guys:
1. Manish Patil(ex-Project Manager, Zensar Technologies Ltd.):
From him, i learned that however the complex problem is, keep on trying with patience, never fear from the challenges, do everything with perfection whether its coding, testing,
documentation or support.

2. Harish H Gopal(ex-Team Lead, Zensar Technologies Ltd.):
Always be cool, one cant give his best if he is in vein; Enjoy each and every moment of life both @work and while out of work; whatever job is given to you, think about it deeply, gather all the required inputs and then do it with full concentration so as to achieve efficiency, perfection and quality.

What do you do for fun?

Watch movies, play computer games, listen to music and surf internet. I also love exploring linux and right now I am investing most of time in developing my own website which will be useful for students and SW developers in learning linux.
