Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?
Jim Leeson, a journalist and friend, taught me to persevere in the face of the strongest opposition, to find meaning in the smallest details, to use Occam's Razor to narrow the scope of investigations, and to find the simplest way to communicate complex issues to an audience. His lifelong commitment to professionalism, and to mentoring others has continued to serve as a model for my own dedication and passion for work, for learning, and for development of the people around me in the workplace....
