What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?

Working with a truly amazing team every day. I am continually impressed by the folks I get to work with every day here at Jobster. A fantastic, smart, motivated group of people. This is easily the best team I have ever worked with. Working with such a talented group of professionals, I learn something new every day. Every day is a challenge. What's your dream job?

Working in /around sports, working with kids (impacting their lives in a positive way), working with animals (I am a dog lover thru and thru)-- now if I could ALSO do it in a tropical place somewhere and pay the bills -- HEAVEN!

Mcdonalds @ 14--- Everyone has to start somewhere, right? I learned the finer points of asking for the sale.... "would you like some fries with that?" ;)

What profession other than yours would you like to try?

Novelist, writer extraordinaire. Have 3 books ready to go in my head. Now just need to find some time to put pen to paper! (maybe when I am officially "retired" from my life as a traveling, road warrior, Sales Queen!)

What was your best business trip experience?

Went to Budapest and then Prague for an amazing week as part of a senior management global conference. Prague is a beautiful city! So much to do. Great walking city. Fantastic place to visit if you ever have the chance.

What do you miss most about TMP Worldwide?

The people. I worked in the company when online recruiting was just beginning. Back then, it was a fun place to work. We were trying to shift an industry. The company (tmp) was the most aggressive player in the space...doing the coolest projects, making key acquisitions, trying to carve out a vision for the future. Not everything worked, but it was a tremendous place to be involved in the beginning. Had some great people. Miss working with many of them.
