Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My most influencial mentor was my previous GM, Michael Kilgore. He was a tough-love kind of boss, but taught me to have a thick skin, while still being human and taught me to stand up for what I believe in, even if it goes against the common point of view.

What was your best interview experience like?

With my current position at IQ Interactive interviewing with our CEO was an enlightening experience. It was nice to finally see that a company's vision aligned with my own.
