What was your best interview experience like?
Interviewing for Jobster. They didn't even ask for my resume. It started as an informal lunch with the CTO and the only other web dev at the time, where we tossed around ideas on how to apply technology to the recruiting problem-space. Later in the week, I came in to the office a few times, for 2 or 3 interviews each. But they'd probably say: I like to end long email threads by opening up bugs. I put my foot in my mouth all the time at meetings. I wear the same outfit 2 or 3 days in a row....

Who are your role models?
My role models are the more experienced devs that I've worked with. People who can look at a problem and wrap their minds around it instantly and come up with an elegant solution to it.
Also, other people in the industry who have a healthy balance in the work life and their home life, especially other parents....
