What's your ideal role within an organization?
I like being an innovator. I like new ideas, exploring new concepts, making things work !
I also enjoy teaching people. I love sharing knowledge. Knowledge sharing increases your pool of resources and the more affective every member of staff is the more efficiently work processes are completed.

What's your ideal work environment?
I love working in environments where everyone is on the same team. A strong sense of team is important, that we are all, fundamentally, working towards the same goal. I don't mind offering help wherever possible if a deadline has to be met.
I like working in casual, creative environments where new ideas are actively encouraged, and where employers are genuinely interested in their staff's well being. Happy staff = excellent work....

What kind of job are you looking for?
I am a creative person and someone who loves technology. I enjoy coding with PHP, and love projects that also allow me to offer a creative input. I've recently started playing with Flash Actionscripting, in my opinion, a perfect blend of technology and creativity. It allows me to continue with the technical aspect of coding with Actionscripting, but also allows me to express my creativity on the Flash Stage.
I wish to continue my personal development of PHP, Actionscripting and to explore other technologies....
