Satisfaction comes from many forms, yet primarily I believe I get the most from a sense of accomplishment. That time when everyone involved on a project can sit back and say, "That was a good job."

The Relocation Project was the most informative and educational project I took on.

1. Flexibility in work schedule. Being an independant contractor provides great leeway in time. Still have to get work done!
2. The social aspect is very dynamic. People here are good to get to know and several have become good friends.
