In many ways, I am doing my dream job. I help people land great jobs, and I help good companies locate the talent they need to become great. My favorite part of my job is consulting with business owners and managers on their strategy, learning about how they solve problems, and helping them wherever I can--with ideas, or networking, or (of course) hiring....

Other than working for the family business, I worked at a movie theater. I think everyone else hated their job (especially my bosses), but I enjoyed it. Seventeen, Free movies and popcorn, I got to help people have a good evening out with their date or their friends/family... it was good times.
