Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My mother definitely fits the bill....she came from a very poor background, and made a very successful life for herself. I always think about how tough she had it for so many years whenever things get a little rough and it helps me put things in perspective.

What's the interview process like at Jobster?

I interviewed with a number of people before joining Jobster. All of the members of the team as well as with a member of the senior management team. All seemed passionate about the direction of the company and that helped keep me upbeat about the interview process.
