What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

plan out a strategy and decide your field clearly, prepare your resume in such a way that the movement it is handed over to recruiter, from the beginning its speaking loudly that yes i am the right candidate.
ex - don't put your electronics wiz award if you are applying for software engineer. its of no use.... read more
