If you could choose, what city would you most like to live/work in? Why?

City and Location are not that important to me. I can say that I like Chicago, Seattle, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Boston, and many other cities.

What path did you take to your current career?

I started off as a technology consultant and desired to deal with people more instead of the technology piece and recruiting filled that gap. I have progressed from there by learning something new every day and talking to every one I could and reading evetything I could find on the topics relevant to learning the recruiting / staffing world.
