Gain as much practical experience about the go-to-market process as possible. Spend time in sales, product development, product management, market research and operations. What's the best team you worked with at T-Mobile?

The mobile professional marketing team. The right people with the right skill sets were united by a common goal and a great boss, and were maniacally focused on execution. The best performing team within T-Mobile without a doubt.
