My co-workers would describe me as a guy who likes to get work done in an orderly manner but someone who likes to have fun while doing it. Also someone they could come to talk to with problems that they may have in or outside the work place

My role models would have to be my parents who taught me to work hard because you never know who is looking for you, my football coaches who have told me that no matter how much you have on your plate remember one at a time. You can't start one thing until you finish the other

I am most passionate about running a clean and smooth lumber department. I try to work very hard to keep everything clean and lead my crew to understand how I would want things run

I applied online and got a phone call to be a team leader. I worked hard to show the company would I could do. I have only missed 2 days of work in about 2 years. I learned a lot from my department and when the time was right a year later I got an interview for a department manager job
