How would you describe what you did at Jobster?

Developed features and services for the jobster.com site using the Ruby on Rails framework. Additionally, I pwn'd my coworkers at ping pong on a consistent basis.

What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

Understand the company you are applying/interviewing for and know why you want to work for them. If you can't come up with a good reason besides "to be employed", its likely thats not the company you should be working at. Be excited about innovation and there will be plenty of suiters.
