What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at SPSCC?

While delivering a class on a highly technical topic to a room full of experienced professionals - how to keep it interesting & engaging. Requires being able to quickly adjust the presentation and to put myself in their shoes during my preparation.

What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

In whatever you do, find a place where you aren't locked into a highly compartmentalized role - instead find a place where you either in the middle of it all, or can at least see it. Later on you can decide if you want to specialize.
