I would prefer to work and live in Seattle or Mc Allen Texas for the reason that I have a neice in Seattle and I also have a sister in McAllen Hospital. But I am also interested to work in any state in the U S. My main objective is to find a job and live in the US, any city will do provided that it is a livable city....

I am looking for a job that will challenge my professional ability and to attain the plans and objectives of the company that will hire me. I will do my very best to share my 20 more years of experience as the Acting Budget Officer of a highly urbanized city with a population of more than 350,000 people.
My budgeting , planning, organizational and management skills will be applied to the company that will hire me. I am a very flexible and hardworking person, I can work more than the required number of hours....

Determine the income reasonably projected as collectible for the ensuing fiscal year.
Recommend the appropriate tax and other revenue measures or borrowings which may be appropriate to support the budget.

Recommend to the City Mayor the level of the annual expenditures and the ceiling of spending for economic, social and general services based on the approved local development plans.
Recommend to the City Mayor the proper allocation of expenditures for each development activity between current operating expenditures and capital outlays.
Recommend to the City Mayor the amount to be allocated for capital outlay under each development activity or infrastructure projects.
Assist the City Council in the review and evaluation of the budget of the city.

Assist the City Council in the analysis and review of annual and supplemental budgets of the city.
Conduct semi-annual review and general examination of cost and accomplishments against performance standards applied in undertaking development projects....

The City is subsidising National Governmet offices like: Bureau of Jail Management & Penology; Philippine National Police; Bureau of Fire & Protection; Commission on Elections; Commission on Audit; Dept. of Interior & Local Gov't.; Parole and Probation; Municipal Trial Court Branch 1, 2 & 3; Regional Trial Court Branch 28, 55 & 56; Clerk of Court MTCC & RTC; Prosecutor & Register of Deeds....

I am presently working at the City Government of Mandaue, Cebu Philippines.
Mandaue City is a highly urbanized city with a population of 350,000 people. It has 27 barangays. The city government has employed 650 regular employees and around 2,000 contractual employees. At present the city has a total annual budgetary appropriation of 633 million pesos.
I started working October 1986 and appointed as Acting City Budget Officer February 14, 2005.
I am a holder of a Masteral Degree major in Public Administration. Presently Im in my last year of my Ph. D in Public Management....

I review the budget proposals of the 27 barangays of the city. The city that I am working with is a highly urbanized city.
I am a member of the following committees: Local Finance Committee, Total Eradication Against Drug Abuse Board, Traffic Efficiency and Management Board, Local School Board, Housing and Urban Development Board and the Local National Dessaster Coordinating Council.
I attended lots of seminar workshops and act as guest speaker during seminars. The annual budget of the city is consist of personal services, maintenance and other operating expenses and capital outlay.....
