What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

To get a good understanding of recruiting, start as a recruiting assistant and work your way up. Learn as much as you can about online recruiting. Become a good sourcer!

What path did you take to your current career?

I found my passion for recruiting as a US Army Recruiter and turned it into a 14 year career that has taken me to great companies like SAIC, PETCO, Gateway Computers, Kleinfelder and DataQuick Information Systems.
