What have your past employers loved about you?

In my years working retail at Whole Earth Provision Co. employers and co-workers often complimented my patience and grace under pressure. Even in dealing with rude and christmas-crazed shoppers, I was able to be polite and keep my cool.

What companies would you most like to work for?

Large and Well-respected Non-Profit organizations. I have experience in the corporate sphere and experience in a grassroots organization. In my mind, working for a well-established NGO would be the ideal combination of these roles. I feel in this way I would be able to combine my passion for positive change with my efficient and business-like sensibilities.... read more

Are you willing to relocate?

I currently live in the Bay Area, which pleases me. However, as a person who loves to travel, I would also consider giving another metropolitan area in this country a try.

What profession other than yours would you like to try?

Sometimes I have fantasies of becoming a saavy business maven. Perhaps I could then bridge the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Myspace or Facebook (or neither)?

I use Facebook. I am annoyed by the increasingly myspace-y animated graphics that have infiltrated Facebook.
My friends all use Facebook and that makes it easy to keep in touch with them.
