I have had the fortunate experience of having several amazing mentors in my career. My most influential mentor was my boss during my time at Avenue A. He saw the potential in me, even though I could be tough to handle at times given my high energy. He was always patient and he helped me to harness my passion and energy in a positive direction. I credit much of my current success to his ability to keep me motivated during the dark years of the internet....
