Main function is to develop Data sheets, PFD's, P&ID's, basic procedures for commissioning activities, procedures & calculations for start ups.Prepare Operating Manual & support during commissioning, performance run. Responsible for providing Process engineering support to production, plant performance monitoring, debottleneck and process improvements. Knowledge of ISO & HAZOP, Worked under close liaison with concerned Project Manager Provide input for the development of the Planning Package and project progress reporting and keep track of project in real time. Monitor and Control man-hours to ensure that the job is finished within budgeted man-hours. Worked for BAROUGE Abu Dhabi PE Project, as well as Schwechat AUSTRIA PP Project. Worked in POLAND site for Petrochemical project in PLOCK for PP Basell Spherical & PE Bassell Hostalen Tech. Carry out duties related to the preparation, checking and issue of Process Engineering deliverables. This includes site visits as required & close coordination with other Eng. disciplines, reporting to H.O.D. During tendering stage, review enquiry documentation from client together with Scope of Work raise queries where there is lack of clarity, interface with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities and finally provide Process inputs during bid preparation....
