What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?
If you want to work at Wetpaint, leave me a note. We're hiring!
If you want to be a recruiter, you have to talk to successful people about what they wanted and how they got it. That will give you an idea about where people are in different points in their careers. Networking in a meaningful way is very important, as is basic HR knowledge. Learn about your company and what people do there, so that you can talk about it without sounding like a moron....

What was your best interview experience like?
As a candidate, I have yet to have a great interview experience. As an interviewer, I have to say that I rarely meet a candidate who is prepared, who has thought about their career in real terms and is insightful. When I do - those are great interviews.
