What are the most challenging aspects of your job?

The industry landscape changes fast, so the best strategy needs to have elasticity built in. We're also growing fast, so keeping track of who's who in the zoo takes some effort.

What was your best interview experience like?

At Jobster it was obvious from the get go that the company was fundamentally interested in a good fit, and the interview process reflected as much. We had a real and meaningful dialogue about the company, me, and how we could benefit from one another. So far so good.
