Corporate management needs a reality check with how a business operates. They serisouly have no clue.

Everyone says "the people," and it's very true. But Jobster is also a place that you are given a lot of creative freedom. Everyone understands that when the employees are set free there is unlimited possibility for the company to grow. Every day I'm amazed by the creative thinking at Jobster.

The interview process is laid back and don't wear a suit. It was more of a conversation and an opportunity for me to talk rather than a list of questions for me to answer. I was given the opportunity to ask a lot of questions and it was great for me to hear about Jobster and a chance for Jobster to hear what I'm thinking about....
