My company was fortunate enough to work with KL|Gates on filling a couple of positions for the IT group. Richard was the KL|Gates contact that co-ordinated the communication between my company and the Director of IT for KL|Gates. Richard did an incredible job of keeping me informed of the process, his follow-up was outstanding and his feedback very detailed.
Richard is definately someone who takes great pride in his work and really puts the "human side" of business first.
