How did you find your job at Jobster?

I first heard about the company through a friend that was starting a new job there. Then I saw an ad on Craigslist for an open position. The combination of my skills with common people made for a great introduction and interview. very intellectually stimuting and exciting. we were asked to innovate, to push boundaries and re-think paradigms. very fun place to work as a designer.

What's one of the projects you worked on at Jobster?

redesigning the user experience for people looking for jobs. the idea was to make jobster less of a job board and more a way for people to network their way to a job. our designs featured web 2.0 technologies and idealogies. this page is an example...
