The interview process is typically:
Phone interview with HR
Phone interviews with one or two members of the department considering you.
If all goes well, candidates are invited to our facility for one to two days of interviews with various members of our engineering and management teams. On site interviews are typically more job/technical based than behavioral based, although some interviewers do focus more on behavioral than technical....

The three best things about Cirrus?
1. Amount of input that I have on anything to do with staffing - not only because of my position as a manager. All employees have a high degree of input on their particular projects.
2. Very casual work environment - like most tech companies, we have a "come as you are" dress code - I haven't worn a tie for work since 1997!
