How would you describe what you did at Shulman Fleming & Partners?

When I started at Shulman Fleming and Partners, I was completely new to the recruiting world.
Yet, in a matter of a few months, I learned a tremendous amount about how the job market, clients and candidates all work together in harmony. Better yet, I was able to successfully close numerous

My experience as a recruiter thus far has been eye-opening.
I'm happy to have had this opportunity to put my technical and communication skills to the test, while gaining the crucial skills of finesse, control and sales. This position has also pushed me to think of new and innovative ways to find the best talent out there and using unconventional methods to reach passive candidates.
