When I started at Shulman Fleming and Partners, I was completely new to the recruiting world.
Yet, in a matter of a few months, I learned a tremendous amount about how the job market, clients and candidates all work together in harmony. Better yet, I was able to successfully close numerous deals!
My experience as a recruiter thus far has been eye-opening.
I'm happy to have had this opportunity to put my technical and communication skills to the test, while gaining the crucial skills of finesse, control and sales.
