I hate to let others down, the departments count on me to find them the right employees as quickly as possible!

What's your daily commute like at Wyndham Vacation Ownership?

We are located in Summerlin so its only a 20 minute commute for me. We are right off of the 215 but also close to the Summerlin parkway which is off of the 95.

Just the family oriented atmosphere, the great benefits like tuition reimbursement, company matched 401k dollar for dollar, benefits within 30 days, superior leadership at the top. Our SVP here is the best, he truly cares about each employee and recognizes their contribututions. I personally have an office, all managers do here. Most others have a cubicle with a generous amount of space.

You get a 1 hour lunch. Some positions are allowed to take a 1/2hr lunch and leave early.

Business casual dress with jeans on Friday. It's pretty relaxed. Slacks and a polo, etc.
