I feel the most challenging aspect of my work is functioning as the middle-man between a client and a candidate. Unlike so many sales related jobs, in the recruiting indusustry our product moves itself off the "shelf". This creates an urgency with which a Recruiter must work on behalf of a job seeker who happens to be an "A" quality candidate. All the while, helping my clients see in candidates what a resume cannot fully reflect and nudging them along through the courtship process, ensuring all steps of an interview process are met without losing quality talent due to scheduling delays....
