How would you describe what you did at Polar Design?

I founded the company, have at one time or another participated in design, development, project management, sales and financial management. I'm currently working on executing our growth plan, which involves a lot of mentoring of our team to take on greater leadership as the company grows.

What's the secret to getting hired at Polar Design?

As a designer, having a unique portfolio or past work product that shows stand-out creativity. As a developer or other technical position, demonstrating technical genius in combination with a strong instinct for usability. As a manager, showing flexibility, out of the box thinking, familiarity with project management techniques without being rigidly ruled by them.
