What's the secret to getting hired at AOL Time Warner/ O'Reilly Media / Hinchcliffe?

Challenge the status Quo. My role is to write the dialy internal blog that makes the AOL team aware of what is happening with Web 2.0 on the Web. challenge the status quo and think differently. It is a fun job even if it is a little tough to think of something new to write about every day.
