How would you describe what you did at Northwest Center - Seattle?

On a part-time basis, I am responsible for job placement for five Northwest Center social enterprises and two social programs. A lot of my job entails collaborating with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies to attract active and passive candidates. I also conducting interviews and complete all papework processes related to open positions.

I moved in to this part-time position to allow time to pursue my career goal of working at an international non-profit.

How would you describe what you did at Northwest Center - Seattle?

I had a caseload of 18-25 adults with disabilities that I was contracted to find employment for. The position involved creating a network of employers that would find hiring a person with a disability valuable in their work place. This often translated in to doing research and learning about a companies operations and creating a hiring solution to a business problem.
