KPMG?
I am responsible for the recruitment of KPMG's Transaction Service's (TS) practice in the Southeastern U.S. Our TS line of business includes both buy side and sell side due diligence as well as lender due diligence, business due diligence and technical accounting assistance in a transaction oriented environment. We assist clients with mergers & acquisitions, IPO's, business unit carve-outs and a variety of other services....
