What's the secret to getting hired at Nana's House?

I have two children of my own, at first it started as a friend needing someone to me to watch her kids, then it grew from there.

How would you describe what you did at Nana's House?

Daycare for ages 0-13 years of age. Personal care for diaper changing to first aid. Meals from breakfast to dinner. Overnights, sometimes all three shifts.
