How would you describe what you did at Zales Jewelers/Piercing Pagoda?

Started out as Sales Associate at Zales then went to Asst. Manager at P.P. Supervised and trained employees about price points, quality and service after point of sale. I trained associates in company policy, cashiering procedures and sercurity protocal.
