Served as a Subject Matter Expert, coaching other managers on benefit plans, Career Development, Performance Assessments, Team Staffing and Structure; coaching across the line of business on People Management, and functional Training Programs. Interview potential candidates for various roles.
* Created and implemented new training structure and program for a $75 million client with over one million participants that resulted in a 27% increase in Customer Satisfaction Scores and a 13% decrease in escalated issues.
* Consulted with Human Resources, Practice Leaders and Workforce Operations Leaders on consolidating employee data and documentation systems to save the firm $1.1 million on technology and administration costs.
* Analyzed and created new staffing structure for an outsourcing client team that generated over $26 million for Hewitt, reducing cost by 25%.
* Resolved repeated discrepancies impacting 20% of plan participants in benefit election and payments processing. Eliminated 100% of election errors, and saved more than $36,000 annually in unnecessary mailing costs....
