What's the secret to getting hired at Countrywide Bank, FSB?

You have to be knowledgable in customer service and friendly. Goal oriented, pruducer, and able to handle all qustions a borrower might ask of you.

How would you describe what you did at Countrywide Bank, FSB?

I started with Countrywide as a Account Executive. Changed to this position. This is a very intense, fast paced industry. A lot of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

How would you describe what you did at Countrywide Bank, FSB?

I changed from this position to the Loan specialist position. Promote mtg loans and increase customer base. This was a lot of customer service work over the phone with client from all over the US.
