What advice would you give to a new employee at UPS?

Try and keep up with the driver, and be at his disposal at all times. Learn how to help him/her do thier job more effectively, and be able to think ahead to understand where you will be going next on your route.

How to read the labels and understand what they mean. How to work with the same person everyday. How to follow instructions at a faster pace.

What are the three best things about working at UPS?

Being able to move around all day and stay busy.
Meeting new people and new buisnesses.
Learning my way around a new area.
