What are the three best things about working at united states postal service?

The best things about this job was my co-workers,we are a tribe.Just becoming a part of your' residents lives;watching first days at school till college acceptance letters, you share in their' world ,become a part of lives.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at united states postal service?

There were two tough disputes.First,a case of sexual misconduct involving management,the postmaster got demoted after over a year in court.Second,a 17 year veteran of rural carring hitting a teen and being put on leave without pay without any tarnishes on record.The second lost job.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at united states postal service?

Management was the most challenging aspect with this job. As a union representative,personality disagreements were at an all time high and my job was to make sure the job got finished ,regardless.Management and new management were always a challenge.
