What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Ivoline Inc.(YBM SISA PHONE)?

What challenged me is how to deal with different kind of students in different kind of level, and how to make them show more interest on topics being talked about and subjects that we tackle day to day.

It was a challenge for me knowing how far my capacities are as an instructor, as well as being patient and being helpful to students in helping them learn more.
