What's unique about working at Smashing Ideas?

It's a relatively small company with a very open management style. I learned a lot about running a small business while working there.

What's the interview process like at Smashing Ideas?

Panel interviews, and very direct questions. Don't be afraid to be honest with your answers if you intervivew there. And don't be afraid to admit that you love pop culture.

Non-stop until 6, and then they expect you to go home. A great company for life/work balance!
