What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at Premier Group International?

To be honest, my employer (Joe Dalu) and I worked together in the 1980's at the Laguna Beach Police Department. He had heard through channels that I was working as an AOE/COE investigator with another company and he called me.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Premier Group International?

Writing a concise report that would answer all of the adjuster's questions about the claim. Being able to recognize when a claimant is avoiding a question & asking the same question another way.
